Xiao Mei Famous Muar Fish Otak-Otak

Delicious fish otah made with mackerel meat in Muar, and blended with traditional recipe. To cook, simply remove from box and steam/ bake in foil for about 8 minutes.
Ingredients: fish meat (mackerel), coconut milk, chilli paste (dried chilli, lemongrass, galangal, candlenut), onion, garlic, curry powder, tapioca starch, sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt, cooking oil, fish sauce (anchovies, salt, sugar)
