When will my items be delivered? 
If you ordered and made payment before 11pm, it will be next day delivery. 
Delivery is between 9am-9pm. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate to special requests for delivery timing/slots. 

Can I request for a later delivery date? 
Yes of course, but all items have to be delivered latest by a week due to perishable goods. Please indicate in the notes. If you have already placed order, just drop us a whatsapp message or FB message. 

How much is the minimum order, or delivery fee? 
It is FREE next day delivery if you order $80 (unless you ordered preorder items like uni, sashimi etc). No minimum order, orders below $80 will have a $8 delivery charge. 

Can I self-collect? 
NO, not at the moment. Strictly only delivery. We can only allow self-collection at Jurong Fishery Port AFTER Covid-19 measures are loosened. 

I have received a damaged product, what should I do? 
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us for a replacement.
