Red Snapper comes from Indonesia and Malaysia and is suitable for all ages, most of the restaurant in Singapore uses Red Snapper to cook curry fish head, a dish loved by locals. Fillets are recommended to use for cooking porridge and soup as it is boneless.

Please keep it refrigerated upon receiving the fish if not for immediate consumption.
